Article 1. Purpose
These terms of sale govern the Financé Direct service, under which the Provider handles the WeBet evaluation (challenge) and delivers to the Customer a funded account opened in the Customer's name.
They apply to every order placed by a Customer. Any order implies their acceptance without reservation, given when the summary is approved.
Article 2. Provider
The service is provided by [RAISON SOCIALE], [FORME JURIDIQUE] with a share capital of [CAPITAL SOCIAL], whose registered office is located at [ADRESSE DU SIÈGE], registered under number [N° D'IMMATRICULATION, EX. SIREN + RCS VILLE], VAT [NUMÉRO DE TVA], publisher of the site Prono Data (the "Provider").
Contact for any question about an order: contact@pronodata.com. Full legal information is given in the legal notice.
Article 3. Definitions
In these terms:
- "Customer": the adult individual who orders the service for personal use;
- "Platform": WeBet, a sports betting challenge platform with funded capital, available at we-bet.com;
- "Evaluation": the WeBet challenge that leads to a funded account, under the rules published by the Platform;
- "Funded account": the WeBet account with capital provided by the Platform, opened in the Customer's name;
- "Tier": the capital level chosen by the Customer (from €5,000 to €100,000);
- "Summary": the written document sent before payment, setting out the tier, price, delivery time and these terms.
Article 4. Conditions for ordering
To order, the Customer must:
- be an adult with full legal capacity;
- live in a country where the Platform's services are legally available to them;
- not be registered as excluded from gambling or subject to a self-exclusion measure;
- provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- agree to complete the Platform's identity verification (KYC) personally, with their own documents;
- order for personal use, as a funded account cannot be transferred, resold or shared.
Article 5. Relationship with the Platform
Financé Direct is offered under the official partnership between the Provider and WeBet. The Customer becomes a customer of the Platform and accepts its terms, which govern the Funded account, the capital, the risk rules and withdrawals.
The Platform remains the sole operator of the Funded account and the sole holder of the capital. The Provider neither holds nor manages any funds on the Customer's behalf. If these terms conflict with the Platform's rules on the use of the Funded account, the Platform's rules apply.
Article 6. Ordering
An order follows five steps:
- Request: the Customer chooses a tier and sends the form on the Funded account page. The request is free and non-binding.
- Summary: the Provider replies within 24 hours through the channel given and sends the written summary (tier, price, delivery time, terms).
- Acceptance: the Customer accepts the summary and these terms, and expressly requests that the service start before the end of the withdrawal period (see the "Right of withdrawal" article).
- Payment: the Customer pays the full price as set out in the "Payment" article.
- Confirmation: the Provider confirms the order by email. This confirmation, together with these terms, is the durable medium of the contract.
Article 7. Price
The Financé Direct price equals 3 times the public price of the WeBet challenge for the chosen tier, before any discount. Platform promo codes apply to the challenge bought on its own, not to Financé Direct.
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. There is no subscription and no hidden fee. The applicable price is the one in the summary accepted by the Customer, even if prices change afterwards.
| Tier | WeBet challenge | Financé Direct |
|---|---|---|
| 5 000 € | 99 € | 297 € |
| 10 000 € | 194 € | 582 € |
| 25 000 € | 374 € | 1 122 € |
| 50 000 € | 899 € | 2 697 € |
| 100 000 € | 1 749 € | 5 247 € |
Article 8. Payment
The price is payable in full when ordering, by bank card, through the secure payment provider [PRESTATAIRE DE PAIEMENT]. The Provider never has access to card details.
No payment is requested when the request form is sent. The service only starts once payment is confirmed.
Article 9. Performance and delivery
The Provider completes the Evaluation under the Platform's rules, then delivers the Funded account to the Customer within 48 hours. This period runs from the later of: confirmation of payment, or receipt of the information needed to open the account.
Delivery consists of the activation of the Funded account in the Customer's name and its confirmation by email. Where the Platform's identity verification is pending on the Customer's side, the period is suspended until it is completed. Any delay is notified to the Customer with a new date.
Article 10. Delivery guarantee
Delivery of the Funded account is guaranteed. If an Evaluation attempt fails, the Provider starts again at its own expense until the account is delivered.
If delivery proves impossible for a reason not attributable to the Customer (refusal by the Platform, a delay of more than 15 days beyond the announced time without the Customer's agreement), the Customer is refunded in full within 14 days, using the same payment method.
If delivery is impossible because of a false statement by the Customer or their refusal to complete identity verification, the Provider refunds the price paid minus the costs actually incurred on the Customer's behalf (challenges bought from the Platform), on presentation of supporting documents.
This guarantee covers delivery of the account only. It never covers results, gains or losses made afterwards on the Funded account.
Article 11. Right of withdrawal
A consumer Customer has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
A Customer who wants delivery before the end of this period expressly requests it when accepting the summary. In that case:
- if they withdraw before delivery, they are refunded within 14 days, minus an amount proportionate to the service already provided (article L221-25);
- once the Funded account is delivered, the service is fully performed and the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised (article L221-28, 1°), which the Customer expressly acknowledges when ordering;
- to withdraw, the Customer sends a clear statement to contact@pronodata.com, for example: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the Financé Direct service ordered on [date], tier [amount]. Name, email used for the order, date."
Article 12. After delivery: the Customer's obligations
Once delivered, the Funded account is used by the Customer alone, under their responsibility, in line with the rules published by the Platform (maximum losses, allowed stakes, withdrawal conditions), summarised on the Funded account page.
The Customer must not transfer, resell, rent or share their Funded account or credentials. Breaking the Platform's rules may lead to the loss of the account, with no refund of the Financé Direct price, as the service has been performed.
Article 13. No guarantee of gains
A funded account is neither an income nor an investment. It is betting capital subject to strict rules, and betting carries a risk of loss. The Provider does not manage the Funded account after delivery, places no bets for the Customer and guarantees no gains.
Analyses, content and tools made available to the Customer are for information only. If gambling becomes a problem, see the Responsible gaming page.
Article 14. Tax
Sums received by the Customer through the profit split depend on their own tax and social situation. It is up to them to declare them. Guidance is given on the Tax page, without constituting tax advice.
Article 15. Liability
The Provider has an obligation of result for delivery of the Funded account, under the "Delivery guarantee" article, and an obligation of means for the rest of the service.
The Provider is not liable for the Platform's decisions (changes to rules, prices or withdrawal terms, suspension of an account), nor for the Customer's use of the Funded account. Nor is it liable for any delay or non-performance caused by force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Article 16. Personal data
Data needed for the order (contact details, tier, exchanges, proof of payment) is processed to perform the contract and meet accounting obligations. Only the information essential to open the account is passed to the Platform. Retention periods and rights: see the privacy policy.
Article 17. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint should be sent to contact@pronodata.com. The Provider acknowledges it within 24 hours and gives a reasoned answer within 7 days.
If the written complaint is not resolved, a consumer Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [MÉDIATEUR DE LA CONSOMMATION] ([SITE DU MÉDIATEUR]), within one year of the complaint.
Article 18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement or mediation, a consumer Customer may bring proceedings, at their choice, before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or of the place where the service was performed.
The applicable terms are those in force on the date of the order, attached to the summary accepted by the Customer.
