Data collected, purposes and legal bases
Contact and partnership forms
- Data
- Name, company, email, website, request type, message content.
- Purpose
- Answer the request, follow up on the exchange.
- Legal basis
- Legitimate interest (replying to a request) or pre-contractual measures for a partnership.
- Retention
- 12 months after the last exchange for a contact request, 3 years after the last exchange for a partnership request.
Newsletter
- Data
- Email address, sign-up date, proof of consent.
- Purpose
- Send site updates (new tests, verified promo codes, guides).
- Legal basis
- Consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- Retention
- Until unsubscription. An address with no opens for 3 years is deleted. Proof of consent is kept for 3 years after unsubscription.
Site tools (bet journal, comparison selection, preferences)
- Data
- Entries typed in the bet journal, platforms selected for comparison, calculator settings.
- Purpose
- Keep the tools working between two visits.
- Legal basis
- No transmission: this data is stored only in the browser (localStorage) and is never sent to our servers.
- Retention
- Until deleted by the user (clearing the browser storage).
Financé Direct requests and orders
- Data
- Email, Telegram handle or WhatsApp number, chosen tier, stated level, message, exchanges, accepted summary, proof of payment (without card details), information passed to WeBet to open the account.
- Purpose
- Handle the request, draw up the summary, perform the service, provide customer follow-up, invoicing and complaint handling.
- Legal basis
- Pre-contractual measures, then performance of the contract. Legal obligations for invoicing and accounting.
- Retention
- 3 years after the last exchange for a request without an order. For a customer: duration of the relationship, then 5 years (limitation period). Accounting records: 10 years.
Audience measurement
- Data
- Page viewed, language, referring site (domain name only), campaign parameters (UTM), screen width, clicks on links to platforms. No cookie is set and no IP address is stored: a visit identifier is computed internally from the IP address and browser, irreversibly hashed and renewed every day, which prevents any tracking from one day to the next.
- Purpose
- Understand how the site is used and improve the content.
- Legal basis
- Legitimate interest. Audience measurement exempt from consent under the CNIL guidelines: in-house tool, anonymous statistics, purpose limited to measuring site traffic, no cross-referencing with other processing and no transfer to third parties.
- Retention
- 25 months maximum, then automatic deletion.
Recipients and processors
The data is intended for the Prono Data team. It may be processed by our technical providers, acting on instruction and under contract: Vercel Inc. (hosting of the site and of the in-house audience measurement tool), Prisma Data Inc. (audience measurement database, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany), Brevo, published by Sendinblue SAS in France (newsletter delivery and forwarding of forms to our inbox), [FOURNISSEUR DE MESSAGERIE] (receipt of emails sent to our contact address) and, for Financé Direct orders, [PRESTATAIRE DE PAIEMENT] (card payment: we never have access to your card details). The partnership and Financé Direct request forms are emailed to the team via Brevo; if sending fails, they offer to write from your own email software.
When you click a link to a partner platform, you leave our site: the platform becomes responsible for the data it collects, under its own policy.
Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel Inc. and Prisma Data Inc. are companies established in the United States. Any transfers of data to these providers are governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and, for Vercel, by its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Audience measurement data is stored in the European Union. Brevo stores its data in the European Union.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights:
- Access: obtain a copy of the data concerning you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data, within the limits set by law.
- Restriction: request the temporary freezing of a processing operation.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest, and at any time to direct marketing.
- Portability: receive the data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting prior processing.
- Post-mortem directives: define what happens to your data after your death (a right specific to French law).
To exercise them, write to contact@bet2pronos.com specifying the right concerned. Proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt. Reply within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Security
We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures: encrypted exchanges (HTTPS), restricted access to data, providers selected for their safeguards. No system is infallible; in the event of a data breach presenting a risk to your rights, you will be informed in accordance with the regulations.

The use of cookies and similar technologies is detailed in the cookie policy.
Minors
The site is intended exclusively for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about minors. If such a case is reported to us, the data is deleted.
Changes
This policy may evolve, in particular when a tool or a provider is added. The last update date appears at the top of the page. In the event of a substantial change, a visible notice will be displayed on the site.
