Article 1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms of use set out the rules for accessing and using the site Prono Data, available at https://pronodata.com, and its content and tools.

Browsing the site means accepting these terms in the version online at the time of your visit. If you do not agree with them, simply do not use the site.

Article 2. Publisher

Article 3. Access to the site

The publisher strives to keep the site available at all times, without any obligation of result. Access may be suspended, limited or interrupted at any time, in particular for maintenance, updates or security reasons, without notice or compensation.

Article 4. Intended audience

The site covers sports betting and funded accounts. It is intended exclusively for adults (18 and over) living in a country where online sports betting is legally available to them.

Article 5. Nature of the content

Comparisons, reviews, guides, strategies, articles and analyses are provided for information and educational purposes. They are neither financial advice, nor investment advice, nor an incentive to bet.

Betting carries a real risk of losing money. Past results, including those shown in a history or track record, are no indication of future results. Every betting or purchasing decision is your sole responsibility.

Article 6. Pronos AI and tools

Pronos AI analyses are based on statistical models and market odds. The probabilities shown are estimates, "value" is a computed gap between an estimate and a price, and no analysis guarantees a result. Tracked bets are published with their outcome, losses included.

The tools (stake calculator, bet journal, challenge simulator, comparison tool) are provided as is, for guidance only. The data you enter stays in your browser and is not sent to the publisher. Always check your calculations before committing money.

Article 7. Comparisons, scores and promo codes

Platforms are rated using a public scoring grid described on the Transparency page. Information (prices, rules, profit split, withdrawals) is recorded on a displayed date and may have changed since.

Only the conditions published by the platform when you subscribe are binding. A promo code is shown with its verification date; the publisher cannot guarantee it remains valid if the platform changes or withdraws it.

Article 8. Affiliate links and conflicts of interest

Some links to platforms are affiliate links: the publisher may earn a commission if you subscribe to an offer after clicking. This does not change the price you pay or the scoring method.

Article 9. Paid Financé Direct service

The site presents a paid service, Financé Direct, described on the Funded account page. It is governed by its own terms of sale, which prevail over these terms of use for ordering, payment and performance of the service.

Article 10. Rules of use

By using the site, you agree not to:

• use it for unlawful purposes or contrary to public order;
• attempt to access non-public areas (administration, API, internal interfaces) or bypass a security or maintenance measure;
• disrupt its operation (attacks, mass requests, automated scraping of content or data);
• reproduce or reuse its content, scores and data outside the scope set out in the next article;
• impersonate the publisher, the editorial team or a platform mentioned.

Article 11. Intellectual property

Texts, scoring grids, analyses, illustrations, tools, databases and code of the site belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited.

Short quotations are allowed provided Prono Data is credited with a link to the source page. Platform trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

Article 12. Liability

The publisher takes great care over the accuracy of the information published, without being able to guarantee that it is complete, error-free or up to date at all times.

The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the site's content, for betting losses, for changes in conditions decided by a platform, or for the content or operation of third-party sites that links point to. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

Article 13. Personal data and cookies

The processing of your personal data is described in the privacy policy, in line with the GDPR. The public site sets no tracking cookies: details are in the cookie policy.

Article 14. Reporting and contact

Found an error, outdated information or problematic content? Write to contact@pronodata.com with the link to the page. Every report is read and checked and, where needed, the correction is published with its date.

Article 15. Changes to these terms

The publisher may update these terms, in particular when adding a tool or a service. The applicable version is the one online at the time of your visit, with its update date.

Article 16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first by writing to contact@pronodata.com. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules that benefit consumers.
